Cancellation: At least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointment. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
If a new client no shows on their first appointment, they will be charged the cancellation fee and not be given another appointment.
Appointment Times: Due to high volume of clientele, appointments must begin on time, 15 minutes or later may result in losing time slot, which will be considered a no show and charged a fee.
New Clients: Must confirm appointment within 48 hours or appointment time will not be guaranteed. (You will receive a email confirmation.)
Deposits: Clients booking online may be subject to a deposit to hold appointment for certain services.
Refunds: All services are final sale. If adjustments need to be made, the request must be within a week of the original service. If professional at home products are not used, color is not guaranteed.
Extensions: All hair extensions are final sale. Each client will be given a contract to sign stating this along with proper at home care. If proper at home care is not used and more than 8 weeks has past, new hair will need to be purchased. I will only work on hair that I order and have been the sole stylist doing move ups.
Color Correction: Results are not guaranteed in one session. A waiver stating previous damage will need to be signed if applicable.
